The B2C is an establishment of electronic business relationships between businesses and final consumers and then selling inventory to customers from its own warehouses. For example, Lazada.com are listing different brands of computers, software, books, shoes, cars, food, financial products, digital publications on its webpage for sales to its customers, whenever the customers done payments procedures, Lazada.com will send the products to the customers from its warehouses.

Lelong.com is doing Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C). The C2C encompasses all electronic transactions of goods or services conducted between consumers. Generally, these transactions are conducted through a third party, which provides the online platform where the transactions are actually carried out. Mudah.my has the interface is very user-friendly and easy to use for the customers to sell their second hand or new items to other customers.
Mudah.my is doing Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C). The C2C encompasses all electronic transactions of goods or services conducted between consumers. Generally, these transactions are conducted through a third party, which provides the online platform where the transactions are actually carried out. Mudah.my are similar to Lelong.com, it allows customers to upload their products and list their products on Mudah.my, then others customers can access Mudah.my to purchase the products they want.

Compare Lazada.com, Lelong.com and Mudah.my on profiling and personalization perspectives, all three websites provide users to fill in their profile with Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Address, Company Name and Company Address.

However, only Lazada.com and Mudah.my request its users who have seller account to provide GST ID.
Compare Lazada.com, Lelong.com and Mudah.my on access and security, all three websites also ask the users to verify the new created account using e-mail, provide e-mail address and password to log in their websites and if the users forget their password, the users have to use e-mail as key to generate the new password.

However, in term of security, Lazada.com is doing well, because it has 100% Buyer Protection and Satisfaction guaranteed, which allow the customers to return their products in 14 days but need to fulfil requirements, then the customers will be refunded.
Compare Lazada.com, Lelong.com and Mudah.my on search management, all three websites provide their user search engines on their websites in order to allow the users to search their products easily base on categorizing.

However, only Mudah.my allow its customers to search regious in Malaysia, such as the uers can choose to search their products base on ‘Entire Malaysia’, ‘Johor’, ‘Penang’ and so on.

Personally I prefer Business-to-Consumer (B2C). This is because, B2C is safe to the customers, as companies have enough financial support to ensure that when their products are defect, they able to replace a new product to its customers and also when the products cause unwanted incident that hurt the customers, the companies able to take responsibility to pay compensation.

I have learnt how to create seller accounts on E-commerce’s website, such as Lazada.com, Lelong.com and Mudah.my. I also found there are differences between these websites. Lazada.com is doing Business-to-Consumer (B2C), Lelong.com and Mudah.my is doing Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C).
I have learnt how to create a blog account, as I create this a blog in WordPress.com, (https://gohweichyn.wordpress.com). I also learnt how to change menu of the blogs, how to insert photo and welcome sentences on ‘Welcome Page’, insert details in ‘about’ webpage, insert questions in ‘Question Page’ and insert answer in ‘Answer Page’. photos, change how to post a blog post and change the words forms and colour in blog posts.
